The course is designed for the graduates from construction related disciplines who are seeking a professional qualification leading to an employment in a dynamic, exciting profession involving the application of financial, managerial, leadership, and construction management skills. The distinctive focus of this Master of Science programme is on the management of the construction projects, including finance, organisation, project procurement, contracts for design and construction, leadership in the construction sector and the expectations of clients, developers, financiers and investors in a project. It is a 1.5 years programme (minimum) for full time student and 6 years (maximum) for part-time student. The programme total credit hours is 45, consisting of 60% core courses, 13.3% research project, 20% electives courses, and 6.7% university compulsory course (Research methodology).
