Warmest greetings from AQSA!

On behalf of AQSA council members we would like to welcome everyone to the first AQSA International Congress 2023 in Sibu, Sarawak. We appreciate your participation in the congress and your valuable support given to us. We expect more than 100 oversea participants from all over ASEAN countries and more than 600 local participants will be attending the conference. We would like to extend appreciation and gratitude to the University of Technology Sarawak for hosting this congress and all sponsors especially to Business Event Sarawak, the main sponsor of this event. Thank you so much!

The congress features mega construction projects in ASEAN countries with a special focus on projects in countries located in Borneo Island which include Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei. Projects presented at this congress will include New Capital City of Indonesia, Pan Borneo Highway, Sarawak, future mega projects in Sabah, and Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Bridge, Brunei.

The congress will invite well-known industry leaders in ASEAN to discuss on topics related to sustainability and digitalization of construction works and the impacts of mega construction projects on future ASEAN construction industry. The keynote speakers of the congress will include the Director General of Ministry of Works, Malaysia, Secretary General of Ministry of Works, Malaysia, Chief Executive of CIDB, Malaysia, Secretary General of Department of Public Works and Highways, Philippines, and Director General of Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Indonesia.
